Hello! My name is Steve Ott, and I am the owner and founder of Ott Leadership. I launched my company in 2018 to help leaders and managers transform their workplaces, employees, and themselves through leadership development, coaching, and consulting. I’ve spent the last 12 years working in both the non-profit and private sectors designing and refining a leadership development process that helps people move from being totally lost as a leader to feeling confident and capable.
People aren’t born leaders: they are developed into leaders. One of my favorite moments in leadership development is when someone finally puts it all together and starts to lead from a place of confidence and knowledge. I am driven to see businesses and organizations be filled with fully capable and confident leaders who know and understand how to best lead their people.
